Money-back guarantee

If a restoration does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will refund the order. This is the guarantee stated on our home page. The site does not set a time limit for it, so please write to us as soon as you have seen your result.

If your order fails

Payment went through but we could not finish the restoration. Our system alerts us automatically. We will re-run the order or refund you in full within 24 hours.
Some photos in a pack were not produced. The results email says how many were produced. Reply to it and we will finish the rest or refund you.
The final high-resolution step did not run on a photo. The confirmation screen tells you. Contact us and we will re-run it at no charge.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your PayPal receipt or transaction ID (or just reply to your results email, which shows the order ID). Tell us briefly what was wrong. Refunds are issued by us by hand from PayPal back to the account you paid with. How soon the money shows up depends on PayPal and your bank.
